We sponsor ward S3 at Sheffield Children's Hospital. Ward S3 is a surgical ward and was the ward the Sarah was on when she was having her operations to release the muscles in her legs. The ward dealt with many children with many different problems. Sarah got on well with many of her fellow patients and the nurses that attended to her whilst she was on the ward. Therefore as a tribute to the staff at the hospital and as a big thank you to them we decided to sponsor the ward. The money we send to the ward will be used for any purpose that it is needed for whether it is more equipment or nay improvements to the ward. As we raise more money, we hope to extend our sponsorship to other parts of the hospital, possibly the hospital in general. |
